Insurances and Finances
Your dental plan is a form of compensation to you provided by your employer. You can expect the carrier (insurance company) to reimburse you for a portion of our fee. That portion is determined by the contract between your employer and the insurance company. The higher the premium paid by your company, the more generous the reimbursement.
Payment Options
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. For your convenience, we offer a variety of payment options including monthly payment plans. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but that must be done prior to the actual procedure.
In addition to in office financing, we also offer CareCredit and Chase Health Advance. CareCredit is a flexible patient/client payment program, specifically designed for healthcare expenses, that makes it easier for you to get the treatment or procedures you want and need. CareCredit is ideal for co-payments, deductibles, treatment, and procedures not covered by insurance. CareCredit offers a full range of No Interest and Extended Payment Plans for treatment fees from $1 to over $25,000. To apply online click here.
When completing the secure Patient Registration Form just indicates that you are interested in our monthly payment program. Our financial coordinator will work out a plan suited to your individual needs.
